Carl has resided and practiced law in Vacaville since 1979. A native of Cleveland Ohio, he is a retired AF reserve judge advocate. He previously served as president of the Vacaville Museum, treasurer of the Solano County Bar Association and worked on the board of the Solano Land Trust. As a co-founder of the Solano Conflict Resolution Center, he is a professional mediator. His support of the Vacaville education community springs from his family: his wife of 40 years, Barbara, is a literacy coach for the VUSD, and his daughters Jenny and Elie are successful alumni of the Vacaville school system.
Jamie Healer is an Assistant Project Manager for Hearn Construction, a full-service general contracting, development and construction management firm. Jamie was born and raised in Vacaville. Jamie and her husband Tim Healer were recently married and one day hopes to start a family here in Vacaville.
I am a native Vacavillian and Vacaville High School graduate, as my mother before me. I am married to a Vacaville High School teacher and have four children, all who either have attended or are currently in the Vacaville Unified School system. My children remain involved with extra curricular activities, all of which we support through coaching or their biggest fan club.
Allied Framers, Inc was established in 1995, which I am part owner and President. I serve on two boards, one as the President and the other as a Director; both represent the construction industry and their interests. I am honored and excited about serving on the VPEF board. I hope to be able to represent the foundation as well and as effectively as my predecessors before me.

Jon is supported in all of his efforts by his wife Cynthia, and his two sons, as well as his rather large extended family.
